Marcus, Mike and Tony all great people! I went in for an oil change, but these guys literally saved my life. Before I even said anything Mike asked me if I had seen the condition of my tire. Of course, I never do, I knew I needed new tires I just didn't know how bad I needed them. They didn't make me feel silly or embarrassed, they just took me in, quoted me, put new tires on my little truck, changed my oil and took care of me. I definitely recommend them. They're all very respectful, really nice and they truly look out for their clients. Thanks again!

UPDATED 3/27/2026! EVERYBODY PLEASE READ!!! - I've posted about this place two other times and have to say AGAIN that you will NOT deal with a better owner (Tony, now that I know his name!) and staff than these guys. They could have screwed me so many times - as others have tried in the past - but, once again, I came here for a "second opinion" and, once again, they saved me a TON of money. What Nissan said was going to cost EIGHTY ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to fix ($8093.55 to be exact) only cost a FRACTION of that to fix the same problem here. (Damage details attached.) SO DO THIS FIRST!!!: Get an estimate from your dealer (or whomever), then bring it to this Kwik Kar location ONLY (or their Frankord/Josey location) and they'll do the same for you. Tony, Marcus, Jeremy, all you guys, thank you. I hope this gets you even more business. People need to know, and you've certainly earned it.

Had a wonderful experience here, the guys were very sweet, nice and happy joyful, they make you want to come back. I came in for an inspection and a quote on my tune up. Marcus , Bruce and Luke was attentive, professional and helpful. They got me in and out and customer service is TOP TIER! They weren't rude at all. Thank you so much!! I had a very frustrating experience with Kwik Kar. I brought my car in due to hesitation, jerking, and acceleration issues, and I specifically mentioned that my transmission had been replaced before and could be a concern. I paid $400 for a diagnostic and was assured multiple times that the transmission was NOT the issue. Based on that, I approved a $1,250 catalytic converter repair. The problem persisted immediately after picking up the car. When I brought it back, I was then told it may actually be the transmission. What a shocker!?! To make matters worse, I was told I’d receive a quote for the additional repairs, but I was never contacted again. After leaving a review about my experience, Tony reached out and asked me to take the review down, which I did in good faith. He explained there had been a personal emergency, which I understand and have sympathy for. Based on that conversation, I agreed to give them another opportunity. Tony instructed me to bring my car back that weekend, but when I arrived, I was told by staff that no one would be able to look at it and to bring it back Monday. I returned Monday morning as instructed. From Monday through Thursday, I received no calls, texts, or updates on my vehicle. By Friday, I went in myself to ask for a status update, only to find out my car had still not been looked at. Later that day, I received a call confirming that the issue was in fact the transmission. I was told a quote would be provided, but once again, no quote was given. When I returned to pick up my car, the manager avoided speaking with me entirely. I was handed my keys with no explanation, no quote, and no resolution. I know that Tony is going to try to respond to this review with the original diagnostic after the catalytic converter was replaced. It outlines additional steps if this repair does not fix the issue. NON OF THAT WAS DONE. I also want to clarify the situation regarding the “loaner vehicle.” that he might mention in his response. This "loaner" was only provided to me after I called while driving to work because my car was stalling and unsafe. Someone was sent to pick up my car from my job and drop off the loaner. I had the loaner for less than 24 hours. Just long enough to get home from work and return the next day, before it was picked up and my car was dropped off, still undrivable. At this point, I’ve paid over $1,600 and still have the exact same issue I originally brought my car in for, with no clear accountability, no follow-through, and no resolution. I'm putting my review back up in hopes that no one has to go through what I went through. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving MAJOR repairs here, a tire rotation or an oil change would probably be safest.

Not a great experience, be cautious with this business. My wife and I took our Ram 1500 in for work. Jeremy at 1949 E Frankford Road, Carrollton, Tx location took my vehicle due to issues with the wheel bearings. They changed out the wheel bearings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. We had the vehicle at this location three times after having the vehicle worked on. It was excuse after excuse. We ended up taking the vehicle to a competitor and they diagnosed the vehicle within an hour. Faulty parts from the wheel bearing change. Took it to their other location 4133 Old Denton Rd, Carrollton, Tx. Prior to taking it up there I let the manager Mike know what was going on about taking the vehicle somewhere else and their diagnosis and would like the owner Tony to give me a call so we can figure what to do. No phone call. This was Saturday, so waited till Tuesday with no response from anyone at either location. We decided to take it up there. I went to their second location off of Old Denton rd. Marcus greeted me, I let him know what the issue was. He immediately tried to take care of us. Waited over two hours in the lobby for him to tell me that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Mind you, I let Marcus know upfront what was wrong with the vehicle. I let Mike the other manager know what was wrong with the vehicle. If Tony the owner had called me back I would have let him know what was wrong with the vehicle. I spoke with Marcus and let him know I can be back tomorrow morning to have the wheel bearings changed out. He said yes let’s do that. They would warranty out the parts and put new ones in. The next day showed up and dropped the vehicle off. They were not busy at all. Before leaving I asked how long should I expect. He told me he would call me in a couple hours. Well after three to three and a half hours later no call. I called, Marcus then told me they haven’t even gotten the truck on the lift. He thought I was going to leave the truck all day for them to work on. No, never said that. Then I said I needed the vehicle back soon. He said ok. We then called back and wanted Tony the owner to call us back. He said ok. Marcus called back and told me that he was under the impression that they were going to put upgraded parts in the vehicle and that it would be staying overnight. Never said nor wanted that. I told him I wanted a refund, and that I would up there to pick the vehicle up. Got there and owner came down the stairs from the upstairs office, saw me and then went back up to the office. Manager Mike came in looked at me and said is everything ok. I replied no it is not. Your owner won’t even come down and talk to me about this whole issue. He responded with well he has three locations. The best part of it all is Marcus, trying to handle the situation, and bold face lying to me. Saying he never spoke to me yesterday and that he was in the hospital. I spoke to him face to face and waited in the lobby. Just a joke of customer service. They will miss diagnose issues, give you services that won’t fix the issue they were paid to fix, and then come up with excuses and lie to your face!!!!
