This location is one of the friendliest and fair mechanics I’ve ever been to. They are so kind in explaining what’s going on, and they even have great technology where they report and upload images of their inspection. The level of transparency and genuine customer service this location offers is so refreshing. Even my car insurance adjustor said that their repair estimate was very fairly priced in comparison to competitors in the area. Not to mention, they also have a shuttle service. All around such a good experience despite the stress of having car troubles. Shout out to Blake and John for being so awesome!

My experience was great! Blake took care of me!! I went in due to issues with my breaks and they did a Courtesy inspection of the whole car. (I mentioned that I just got the car from Carvana) turned out, there was a bunch of stuff wrong with it. I went through Caravans warranty, Silver Rock. Because they partner with CBA. I was having issues with having to pay the deductible and Blake said he would give them a call and take care of it for me and reassured me that everything would be okay and the car would be ready for me the next day. They gave me their loaner car to have for the night! No extra charge! Super convenient. My car is driving great with no issues. I appreciate the crew for going out of their way to ensure I was driving out of there safely and satisfied!! Location @ Carrollton

Blake is a wonderful mechanic and he's honest! You can't ask for more than that when it comes to fixing your. My vehicle had a bad door mechanism, that wouldn't allow the door to open. It was his first time to do it, but he learned from it and he didn't give up. There was no way I could have done that myself. It was too entailed. It was a challenge for him and he actually liked that. Trust your mechanics at Christian Brothers automotive. They're awesome and very personable.
