Brought my wife's vehicle in for tires. Spoke to Landon and he provided me an itemized bill/quote. Prices were on par with other tires shops. What makes them stand apart is attention to detail. 4 days prior to having tires installed, i had my vehicle at the dealer for an inspection to renew the lifetime powertrain warranty. They claimed the car was all good but..... Landon and his crew found a torn cv boot, a leaking shock, and deteriorated lower control arm bushings. I guess the dealership didn't want my business. Gratefully for their inspection and eye for detail. Ill be back soon for tires on my other toyotas. Thank you again. A very satisfied customer. Wanted to add additional review here. Recently purchased tires for my 4runner. Made an appointment online and could not have been easier. Im pretty particular about my vehicles ane they did not miss a beat. All wheel lugs were torqued to spec as was the psi for tires. Price was similar to other retailers but with these guys being local and less than 2 miles from my home, I want them to have the business. Overall a great value with a personal sense of ownership for the job completed. Keep up the good work gents.

I had a great experience with Big O Tires. The staff was truly amazing! I was dealing with an insurance situation, and the manager, Daniel, was incredibly patient and proactive throughout the process. The mechanical team was also very thorough, honest, and completed the work in a timely manner. I really appreciated the professionalism and transparency. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThis was my first time using this location. I called ahead and Daniel did a fabulous job answering all my questions. We ordered the tires and I stopped by later in the week to have them installed. The showroom floor has plenty of seats with complimentary water, coffee and popcorn. Bathrooms are located near the showroom as well. Daniel did a great job. I have used a different national competitor for the past 19 years. I took advantage of the Presidents Day buy three get one free sale. I felt like I got a fair price on the tires and service. I will be back.

After buying a set of tires here a year ago, the manager agreed that the wear was not typical, and they replaced the tires at no charge. I even came in later in the day, and they stayed after closing time to change the tires for me. I appreciate their customer service, and will continue to use them. Thanks to Landan and the crew for staying late at this location.
View on GoogleImpressed how easy they were to deal with. Had some BIG 0 tires installed in California that were installed wrong… (directional tires put on backwards on 3/4 tires). Didn’t notice the issue until we got to Texas. Called Big 0 at this location and even though they couldn’t see the transaction (BIG 0 are franchises) they installed the tires correctly and didn’t charge me a dime. Great place.
