Excellent visit! Had a full synthetic oil change and filter. The crew was on it and even provided a valve stem cap as I had lost one at some point. Kind attention to detail in every aspect of my visit. I used to be a Loyal customer to this location when I lived in Benbrook. I now live about an hour away. I happened to be in town and needed an oil change so I hit up my favorite place. Quick, courteous service as always! Thanks and my wishes for continued success for your business.

I’m not sure if they didn’t know I had my windows down but waved their hands, motioning for me to stop and I had a slight delayed reaction. He said “(waving his hands again) means stop…”… and it just didn’t feel great as a customer coming to spend $90 on an oil change to be treated like that? Maybe stop be a little bit before knowing I have to SEE it then react and move my foot from the pedal to the brake?? I also had my inspection done. I was waiting in line for a while so I was playing on my phone, as one does. Instead of coming to greet me, the guy just stands at the end of the bay waving his arms to get my attention when I look up. Maybe… maybe seeing that I’m looking down after waiting you could walk the 15 feet to my open window and say “good morning, thank you for waiting, pull forward.” The work was fine but I left both interacts feeling pretty bad. ***Update - I had a wonderful phone call with Mr. Matthew’s, the manager. He has done additional coaching with the team and also explained a little more about the corporate expectations regarding productivity. I really appreciated the time and attention to my experience. As I told him, they hadn’t lost my business before but they definitely have a customer for life now.

I was very pleased with this particular Kwik Kar. I’d had the oil changed in my personal car a week before at a Kwik Kar close to my home and it left a lot to be desired. I got recommended to benbrook location and decided to try for work van. It was a totally different experience. I will drive the 10 extra miles from now on to get these guys to do all my oil changes. They were thorough, friendly, fast and all of my questions were and answered & addressed. Cost was right in line with other places but service was exceptional I don’t know about any other work that would require a certified mechanic but plan to find out soon. (Will update if there is a change with that.) No doubt - This is a 5 Star Kwik Kar!

Excellent, efficient and courteous ‘in car’ service! Got inspection done for both my cars within a half hour - including going back and forth from home. The technician even checked and adjusted my air pressures in my tyres upon request - for free and with a smile! Been there a few times now in the last couple of years we’ve moved to the area - highly recommend!
