Had an appointment this morning for service. Met with Ethan who is very friendly and started my morning off right. I was in and out of there with the promised loan car in 20 minutes. Very nice dealership.

View on GoogleTook my moms 2018 Q5 in for a "warning dash light" that appears every so often, but the vehicle runs just fine. All maintenance has been kept up to date; but these guys tried to sell parts that had been replaced(new) months ago. Plus, we informed the service adviser that the parts purchased @Audi Fort Worth parts department, with receipt. Yeah, Mr. Service Advisor didnt call back after few coversations. We picked the vehicle up with multiple lights on the dash. YOU BETTER KNOW YOUR STUFF IF GOING HERE.....

Jose Garcia was wonderful also, keeping me updated on the progress of my service. And thank you to whomever drove up to the Plano location to get the light bulbs for my headlights so I can see again. And thank you, Will, for knowing I'm not quite ready to trade in my Audi and not being a pushy sales guy. I'm recommending you to my friends. And to the other sales guy that helped me with the coffee machine. Ethan provided excellent customer service and communication. The director of the service department is also great. This location beats the Grapevine location, hands down.
