View on GoogleWent and had brake job done. 6 months later caliper bolts backed out causing the brakes to malfunction. Since bolts backed out due to insufficient torque Loves deny plausible cause. Torqued bolts are suppose to last the life of the brake job. Wouldn’t Come back negligence on the workmanship
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at Speedco Truck Lube & Tires. The supervisor on duty had very poor communication and did not provide accurate updates about the repair. When I arrived, I was told the repair would take a couple of hours. After waiting for hours, they changed their answer and said they didn't know when the truck would be repaired. It felt like they were simply making customers wait longer without any clear explanation. If they know a repair will take longer, they should be honest from the beginning so customers can make informed decisions instead of wasting valuable time. Customer service, communication, and professionalism need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I would rate this location 0/10 and would not recommend it.
View on GoogleThe absolute worst reefer oil change that has ever been done was done at this speedco. The technician was an embarrassment to mechanics everywhere. They have the laziest crew you can ever come up with not to mention the fact that no one here knows nothing about how to change the oil in a reefer unit. SPEEDCO YOU ALL SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO HIRE WORTHLESS PEOPLE AND I FEEL THAT YOU OWE ME A TRUCK WASH FOR THIS MESS!!!!!
