NTB-National Tire & Battery

Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from Goodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I will definetly go back to Discount Tire in the future.

Man, I wish a quarter of business were legit and this efficient. I took my can to this Texan Auto Repair and they just made things worse. I went in for 3 Tire sensors to be replaced and coded… I spent 7 hrs one day and another 3 hrs the next day and still no readings of the sensor. I went to this shop because it’s a “Pal” location carmax is affiliated with and man… what a mess… well, after driving around I googled tire shops near me… NTB was the first on Google. I spoke to the Store manager JUSTUS was incredible, he said come by and we will get it done. It didn’t take him 5 mins to do something another shop took 2 days. Loss of income for me, those people drove my car to 2 other shops to try coding the sensors, I didn’t even know my car left the premises… I went to get my car charger and that’s when I found out my car was gone. My cell phone died, no one had a charger, I didn’t have access to a store to buy a charger… I had my cell phone off for 3 hrs… incredible how some people make it in this world. But again… NTB, thank you for the 5 minutes of your time. JUSTUS… the manager… you are a life saver. Thank you guys.

I had a great experience here. Redd was the person who helped me, and he was very professional, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my brakes and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. The staff was friendly, the service was straightforward, and everything was handled in a timely manner. It’s always a good feeling when you can trust the people working on your vehicle. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I appreciate the good customer service. Thanks again to Redd and the team for taking care of my Expedition.

I had a great experience at NTB National Tire, thanks to China. She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt welcomed and took the time to clearly explain the services and options available to me. China went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that I was comfortable with the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but she definitely does. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend asking for China if you visit NTB National Tire. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Got my car up and running after months of sitting. Very good communication and talked everything over with me before and after services. Justice and China were my points of contact through the process and made me feel heard and taken care of. Redd was instrumental in getting me checked out and took care of the process with no issues. This location has always been a favorite of mine, but this recent experience was a cut above in customer service, timely repairs, and good work on the car. Thank you!
