!!!!DO NOT GO HERE FOR BIG PROJECTS!!! Brought in my 2003 Cummins because it would not crank anymore. I was not from the area and only there for work, I had no where to go and I gave this shop a chance. Long story short, he said I needed injectors. I paid the man $4,700, and the truck ran like absolute garbage. Me, being an idiot paid the man. He said that one of my cylinders was leaking and that’s why it was blowing white smoke and running so bad. And that if I drove it for a week it would clear up. Never did, drove worse, so I stopped driving it. Waited a full 2 years to find a mechanic that I would trust because this shop left me scared. That injector job this shop did… they only replaced 4 but charged me for 6. My blocks were perfectly fine, but did need a new head gasket. And valve lash adjustment. The mechanic that actually fixed my truck said that the work that they did was BEYOND amateur. “Sloppy” he would say. And judging from the results I would definitely agree. They knew what they were doing, they scammed the hell out of me and non of it was accidental. I was an idiot to pay but it’s one of my biggest faults to just give people the benefit of the doubt. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP!!! Waiting a whole two years to write this review cause I wanted all the facts, and now I have them.

I have had my truck to Louis auto and diesel several times for everything from oil changes to upper oil pan leaks. Louis has always been pleasant to deal with and detailed with his explanation of my problems. He shows me the removed parts and has always explained what my truck needs and why. His prices are fair in today’s market. I think the prices are a little high, but I think eggs cost too much also, I think this probably because I remember 25 cent gasoline. I will continue to use Louis for maintenance on my truck.

Louis is the first person I call with any car or truck troubles! Quick service and very kind staff!! Everything is anyways in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Louis a&d is the best. Hands down.

I would give zero stars if I could!! I brought my truck here for a diagnostic test. The next day I called him & he was trying to explain to me what he “thought” was wrong with my car and because I didn’t understand the problem and I wanted clarity on the problem & pricing before he did any work he then requested for me to come pick up my truck. when I got to the shop to pay for the test & have it towed, he refused to give me my diagnostic results or even charge me for them. I never wanted a free service from this guy. he refused to give me the diagnostic test because he says that he did all the work and I was going to take it to another mechanic? although, he’s the one who told me to come pick up my truck simply because I was asking questions ? He had a full tantrum and was yelling at me as if I was a child! He is very unprofessional. I would hate to pull the race card, but it definitely felt like it with the way he was talking to me in such a condescending tone & yelling at me when I not once raised my voice to him or refused to pay, there could be no other reason for this type of behavior. He returned my key to the tow guy broken which it had not been when I brought it to him. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where it’s appreciated!
