There are so many shops that offer things like free oil changes for good reviews, so it's hard not to be skeptical when a place has reviews this good. But I went in this morning after a long nightshift with what I was CERTAIN sounded like some clunking coming from my suspension. These guys put my car on the lift asap , checked my bushings, tie rods, and ball joints, tacked some loose skid plate back up, test drove it, rode with me to see if we could replicate the sound, and then sent me on my way free of charge when all was determined to be well. They were all kind and attentive. And even though they absolutely shoukd have charged me a diagnostic fee for their time, they did something you rarely ever see businesses anymore. New loyal customer, 100% was blown away. And also, their shop was SO clean and organized! One of the cleanest ive ever seen, and I've been in quite a few. Shout out to Zach for going the extra mile. Garbs did an excellent job with courtesy and integrity. Didn't charge me for diagnosis of the problem. They won't charge you for something that you don't need. On a personal note, I really appreciated their display of American pride. Thank ya'll so much.

View on GoogleI took my Honda Civic to Garbs and had a great experience from start to finish. Kim, Craig, and the entire team were incredibly kind, honest, and professional. I brought my car in due to an oil leak and shaking at certain speeds, especially when braking. Because of the mileage, a few additional services were initially recommended. However, once they started working on my car, they realized those services weren’t actually needed. They called me right away to let me know they were removing them from the original estimate—saving me from paying for work I didn’t need, which I truly appreciated. They replaced the front stabilizer and suspension shock absorber, fixed the valve cover gasket, and completed an oil change. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done well, and my car is running smoothly again. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that’s honest and genuinely looks out for their customers. I highly recommend Garbs and will definitely be back.
