This is the place to go! Very friendly and professional from start to finish. I called and received a quote within the same day. Booked an appointment. Day of they took my vehicle right away and finished a little sooner than estimated. The cost was very reasonable. My car's issue was quoted for $1,000 less at this shop. Still received excellent service. They even pulled my car up to the front door after I paid. 10/10. Will definitely come back to this shop. Thank you for being honest and efficient!

This was my first time using Carr’s services, as they were highly recommended by a coworker who is a longtime resident of the Baytown area. It can be challenging to find a trusted automotive service provider, but Kody and Craig did not disappoint. Communication was prompt, concise, and clear, and they both made me feel as though my best interest was also theirs. The work was completed in a reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable rate — I feel as though my vehicle issues were treated as their own — seems to be rare in this day and age. I don’t give compliments out regularly, but this was well deserved. Thank you Carr’s, for taking care of me !!

The Men at Carr’s always take care of me, they’re honest, straight forward, they do their best to accommodate your situation. After having my rack and pinion replaced, the alignment done. Picked up my truck right before they closed. Drove great, later that day, the man who works the front counter saw me out to eat and paid for my meal. As simple gesture of just always using them to purchase tires for my two vehicles. Keeping a small locally owned business going that takes care of its customers.
