I have a 2025 F-150 with a 2.5” leveling kit. I installed SPC adjustable upper control arms to correct the front suspension geometry and needed an alignment. I explained exactly what I had and what I wanted and was more than willing to pay for the extra time to actually align everything properly. $200 later I get the truck back and immediately noticed the steering wheel wasn’t straight. I called to let them know, they told me to bring it in next time I was available. After getting home I noticed the left front tire stuck out almost 3/4” more than the right. The right side then rubbed terribly on the control arm. The time definitely wasn’t spent to dial the alignment in like I’d hoped. Now I’m down $200 and looking for someone who can do the job properly because I cannot keep wasting time and money taking it back to Bayway.
