This dealership has been the best dealership I have ever done business with. They were extremely helpful and polite when I needed help getting some parts for my wife’s Lincoln navigator. And were very fast and helpful in getting the vehicle state inspection done.
View on GoogleI brought the car in for a 4 wheel alignment. Although I arranged to use Ford's complementary shuttle home, I was forced to pay for an Uber after waiting 35 minutes with a toddler. When I called to inform Ford of a loud, new noise after being serviced, I was told by Julie that I would need to drop the car off for 3 days AND PAY $220 for a diagnosis. I tried again to explain that the noise was a product of the work done by Ford but was not allowed to finish a sentence without being interrupted. Worst customer service I've ever experienced 😒.
View on GoogleI had a 830 appointment to have 4 new tires put on the car that I ordered a couple of days before the appointment. A complementary inspection was also done where they complementary cracked my glove compartment getting access to the cabin filter which I didn't discover until I went to replace it my self. It took 6 hours to have 4 tires replaced. What's the point of an appointment when people show up with no appointment and get placed in line bumping you back each time. Every time I tried to contact my customer service person she couldn't be found and took a lengthy lunch. I finally left her a not very nice voice mail and she called back finally, saying it's ready 6 hours later.
View on GoogleThe people were amazing! However; My car was in the shop for over a month! The Gasket seal pan was on backorder. Why, Ford?!? There is no reason for this at all. Other than this, service was done in a timely manner.
View on GoogleThe service on my vehicle is always great. Sometimes you wait a bit, but the facilities are nice. The only problem I have is that I came out and found a few scratches on my door that weren’t there at drop off. Hoping they will remedy the situation.
