Chuy was recommended to me by 2 separate friends, I gave him a call immediately and from that one phone call I already trusted his skill and knowledge. He kept it 100% real with me about my vehicle and expectations! I dropped my car off his communication unlike other mechanics I’ve encountered was immaculate!!!! I was “in the know” the entire process. I was immensely impressed with how quickly these guys repaired my car! I cannot express my gratitude enough and HIGHLY recommend anyone to patronize this establishment!!!!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Chuy and his team are amazing in every aspect customer service, and being super flexible with your availability and overall pricing . He was able to put my car back together and putting everything back as it should be most other shops turned me away but his shop understood everything and did an incredible job and I appreciated everything he and his team was able to do for me.

Well…I hate to be that guy, but this is an honest review. Chuy is a great guy but a bit overpriced. Took him a day to even get to my car to inspect what was wrong with it. “Sorry, I’ve been busy working on other cars…I’ll get to it when I can”. Ended up being a problem with an upper ac hose for the ac that he said the part would be $580 and the labor would be another $550 in labor…a total of $1130. I looked online and the OEM Mopar part from them was $320…Called a different shop in the area, Progressive Auto Care and the labor was $300…Total of $620.

I had experienced one of the worst weeks dealing with someone illegally towing my vehicle. When I found my car, every single light and warning message was on in my dash; this was a brand new car that I purchased off the showroom floor, and I had no errors ever (I take excellent care of my car). I was referred to Chuy Flores by Autozone after the tow yard refused to take accountability for the wrecker damaging my car, causing sensor messages to go haywire. I was a wreck and couldn't stop crying. Chuy's assistant called him, and Chuy assured me that he would take care of this issue for me and that if he could not, he gave me a resolution. Next thing I know, Chuy pulled up to the shop and personally got on his hands and knees to take care of my car. I am forever grateful and the customer service he and his staff provided was beyond amazing. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you, Chuy, for taking care of my car and calming me down when I felt that I was stuck between a rock and a hard place!

Not only did he fix the issues I came in for, but he also installed a new radio with zero hassle and helped me navigate an insurance claim when my car got hit. He communicated clearly every step of the way and made the whole process incredibly smooth. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.
