had a terrible experience at this inspection place. I believe the guy's name was Virgilio, and I had him check my car three separate times. The first time, he asked if I had recently changed the battery, and I told him yes. He said I needed to drive the car for about 55 miles before he could do the inspection. I came back, and he told me the same thing again. On the third visit, he was incredibly rude. He barely looked at my car, pretended to stick something in it, and then just looked at me and said it didn’t work. Without saying another word, he rudely walked off.
