We have been trusting Santos for years with our vehicles and this time it was no different. Had some issues that another shop had not fixed properly and Santos took care of it! From the constant communication to diagnosing the problems and fixing them. Crying happy tears cause I have my baby back working better than EVER!! THANK YOU SANTOS!

Every time I have taken my car here it comes out of the shop with 3 new problems to fix and they say it is not their fault. I think they are purposely creating new problems in my car so that I will come back and spend more money. Scammers!
View on GooglePerhaps one of the most professional businesses I've dealt with in years. Honestly, 5 stars is not a high enough rating. My left rear tire came off on I20 and called for a tow. Thankfully, I called the tow truck from Santos Tire and Auto Repair. Throughout the entire repair process, they kept me informed and explained why they were doing what they were doing. I am beyond pleased and can not say enough great things about them. Hopefully, I never need their services again, but if I do and I'm anywhere near them, they WILL get my business.
View on GoogleTraveling from Louisiana to West Texas when I got stranded on I 20. Called Santos and he was able to get me towed to his shop and my vehicle repaired within the day (fuel pump failure). Gave a fair deal and delivered.
View on GoogleI will not be using this shop for another repair on any of my vehicles. Owner tried to tell me it was another issue, when it ended up being a bad installation on their part. Beware, waste money and time at your own risk. I wouldn’t trust any major repairs by this shop.
