Just purchased my second set of wheels from Novus. The first was a set that includes tires and was mounted and balanced and shipped to me in just a couple days for a killer price. They were perfect and I’ve had no issues with them. Recently, I found myself looking for wheels for another vehicle and checked back with them. They quickly shipped out what I wanted complete with all of the extras like sensors and lug nuts. Excellent service throughout the entire process both times. The latest set of wheels came to me in the manufacture’s box. Upon inspection, I found one wheel had a slight imperfection. I asked about the return process and within a day or so I had another wheel in front of me. Even though the issue was out of their control, they sprang into action and got me fixed up as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough good things about Novus Wheels. I highly recommend them to friends and family and now you fine people. Give them a call and I guarantee you’ll be glad that you did.

I will definitely not recommend this company. They sold me a set of wheels. a month after receiving them, they started peeling. They replaced 2 of them under warranty. Then the others started peeling. When I attempted to get replacement, they stated that I had to pay for return shipping. Now, just 16 months after purchasing they have peeled drastically! I would not recommend buying any wheels from Novus as they are cheap knock-off wheels and will not last! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
