I don’t know how else to express how horrible HORRIBLE Of a nightmare this service has been!!!!! Since last year my mom’s car has been in this shop. Mechanic super rude and aggressive. His business should be reported to BBB. Anyone thinking of going here think it over and I would not recommend this place at all!!!! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This man has lied and has done repairs to the car without our acknowledgement forcing us to pay more money. All these months since 2025 of September it has been nothing but nearing spring the bush. He is not honest at all. Has us waiting still right now to pick up the car. I am going to report his business to BBB. To the Latin community as well so they will not go through what we have been going through. Lie after lie and in the end we have to pay for what the car didn’t have or we actually brought it in for. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is also asking for 1200 more for work he has not done and for work he did not consent over with us. And bribing us to write a good review as well because he knows what he’s been doing to us.

Please Beware! of this none professional mechanic shop I have had my car here for over! 6 months and every time I give the shop a call on my car they just don’t answer me or if they do answer they just give me nothing but excuses and lie to me on when it’s a promise date for pick up so please beware of this shop !!!!
