Isaac is a very fair, understanding, and professional man. I took my car for work on the electric power steering and front end alignment. They did a good job. He broke down the cost so I could see exactly what I was paying for. The work was completed in a few days. Thanks Isaac's Auto Mechanic Shop! But when I called back about having the same problem he refused to assist me when I had questions. He point blank said he couldn't/wouldn't do work for me because I wouldn't allow him to speak. Then sent a text saying I was being disrespectful for not allowing him to speak because, I had a problem with being given two different prices to do a diagnostic for an issue you were already suppose to fix. I couldn't get an itemized receipt of the work. Only a receipt with the total.

My experience in dealing with Isaac's Auto has been the most above all the best ever!!! such a good hearted and understanding person, he talks with you and understands the downfall we as human have and communication is all he ask for, he has been more then understanding with me, he never once harassed me, God knows! As he has bills to pay, nothing is free by any means, I have nothing bad to say and I will continue to refer anyone with auto repair, if you read any bad reviews please in all God honest truth, experience your self, one day you will thank me, you did👍🏼

Some people want everything for free and a life time warranty with no extra charge, I’ve been dealing with Issac for years, many repairs and NEVER!! not one time did I have to take my car back because his repair job, he changed out my rear end on a 2011 Isuzu rodeo which of course I was worried about but it never gave me any problems at all, the two Issac’s know their cars and repairs and have saved me thousands and thousands over the years. Issac jr gave me an unbelievable price for a repair for my Toyota Corolla yesterday (let’s say half of some other places) I was worried he quoted me wrong but he charged me what he quoted me and finished the job quickly, car drives like new. I won’t use anyone else, I don’t get to see these guys often (thank goodness) because their repairs are done with perfection. Pay -0- nada zilch attention to the bad reviews you know how some people are, if you need a repair and never used this place, go see them and you won’t go anywhere else after that.

Total Scam – Bad Motor, Wrong Oil, and Now My Engine Is Sludged Up I can’t stress this enough: stay away from this shop. They sold me a trash motor and intentionally used the wrong oil, which is now turning into sludge inside the engine. That’s not just bad service — that’s deliberate sabotage. When I tried to get answers, they talked down to me. It’s clear they don’t treat female customers with the same respect. If you're a woman or just someone who doesn’t want to get scammed — do not go near this place. They’ll take your money and leave you worse off than when you came in

This guy is a badass I went to 3 alignment shops before him spent over 500 and non of them adjusted my toe came to him frustrated as hell ! told him my situation he listened he came thru and left my truck aligned finally for the first time ! This guy when you wanna get work done he will match your energy he is worth everything he charges for sure 💪just always be honest with him
