I had a disappointing experience at this tire shop. I brought in a new tire that I had already purchased elsewhere and asked for it to be mounted and balanced. I was initially quoted $13, and when I confirmed that included mounting and balancing, I was told yes. Not even two minutes later, I was informed that balancing would be an additional $13. At that point, it felt like the pricing was changing after the fact, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the tire was not balanced properly, and my vehicle now shakes significantly while driving. Let's not forget the hubcap was not reinstalled before I left. What made the experience even worse was a misunderstanding regarding payment. I sent payment through Zelle and believed I was good to go. The employee had already walked away, and I had rolled up my window. When I put my vehicle in drive and attempted to move, my car was still being supported by the jack. As a result, the underside of my vehicle was damaged. I still had to wait several minutes after the damage was done to completely verify the payment. A process that took 5 minutes for someone to just end a conversation in person and look down at a phone and check in seconds. Afterward, I was told by the employee that it is their standard policy to keep vehicles suspended on the jack until payment is fully verified. In my opinion, leaving a customer's vehicle elevated after the work is complete creates an unnecessary risk. Regardless of the reason, this policy resulted in damage to my vehicle. Between the confusing pricing, the improperly balanced tire, the missing hubcap, and the damage to my vehicle, this was a very disappointing experience. Rather than returning to have these issues addressed, I will be taking my business elsewhere and filing a claim with my auto insurance. This is what you can expect coming here. Clear communication, accurate pricing, and attention to basic details are important, and this experience fell short of those expectations.

I purchased two used tires from here on Saturday. I felt like they were overpriced compared to other places. Then Monday morning the driver side tire was low. I aired it up, but Tuesday morning it was low again. I live in East Texas and was concerned about driving all the way back to Seagoville on a bad tire so I went to another local tire store. They showed me the tire had a patch with a quarter size hole. I paid an additional $25 to get the tire repaired. I'm very disappointed. I will say everyone was friendly and serviced my vehicle quickly.

Had a nail in my tire. They repaired it quick with great customer service. Highly recommend. Even took care of it for free. Great group of people that care about their work and customers.

I try to keep my community flourishing by spending my hard earned money with local business and entrepreneurs I guess I'm going to instead invest the my kids. Just cut out the middle mans because it's so much disrespectful poor customer service and if they think you don't speak Spanish they really try to play you dumb but I stop to ask how much pryer to shopping because they only except cash he said $170 I come back and his amigo say $265 so I get on the net look up the tires and scrap for cash indeed for me to agree to the $265 they bring a whole different tire and say this the one that $260 the other one is $295 So I get the $260 tire asked them to check the other tires and upon paying them, they put a whole tire with a screw back on my truck , when I see the screw I bring it to their attention all they did was laugh and changed it 😞😞 I just hate spending my money with careless people #mylasttyme.

I wouldn't use these guys again no exceptions. They mounted 4 brand new trailer tires for me but the price changed 4 times between the time I called and when they finished.. patrons phone had little reception and hes not even close to ESL. Im not clear if he knew what a load range H is fr the convo. 3 days later 1 tire was flat - bad valve stem so I fixed it in Wylie but called to see if the guy would make it right. He told me I shouldnt put 15k lbs on (4) 16 plys, told me I should have put new valve stems on it but neglected to mention it during the mouting. Im thinking he didnt have vaIve stems on had otherwise why would he not upsell me.. I terminated the call before he gave me more excuses / zero remedies. Had a second valve stem fail. How do these guys stay in biz?
