I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Eastside Tire and Alignment. The shop lists their working hours as 6 AM to 8 PM, so when I had an emergency with a flat tire, I made the trip—2.3 miles, taking 8 minutes—expecting to get it fixed quickly. However, when I arrived at 7:31 AM, the shop was still closed. It's unacceptable to advertise hours that aren't accurate, especially for a service like tire repair where customers are often in urgent need of help. Please update your working hours to reflect when you’re actually open. This will save people in emergency situations from unnecessary frustration and wasted time.

I am super satisfied with my experience at east side tire. Like most people when it’s time to put your car in the shop you tend to automatically put numbers together trying your best to prepare for what the damage will cost you. This place went beyond what I expected, I was referred to them from a mobile mechanic and had to thank him afterwards for pointing me in the right direction. I placed my car in the shop Wednesday afternoon and it was ready the very next day. Patient, respectful and hardworking staff. The guys here were very welcoming and deserve every star here on this review. I told my bestfriend who had a similar issue I had with her car and she could not believe what I paid for mine. Check them out, you won’t be dissapointed. Shout out to Daniel and Paris! 10/10 Highly recommend. I am happy to have my car again and running so much better. Will definitely be back for any other car maintenance needed. I have found my spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a hard time finding someone to align my F350, luckily I found these guys! Location is under new management pay no mind to the older comments. They are open early and stay open late really helps a tight schedule! They are helpful and fast!
