I’m really picky about where I go for oil changes, but Don’s Auto Care definitely earned my trust. Don is super friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which I appreciated. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and I left feeling confident my car was in good hands. It’s not easy finding a place you feel comfortable going back to, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

Don's Auto was recommended to me by my local paint and body shop. Don was exactly as advertised: fair, honest, and communicated well. He had given me an estimate but to my surprise it ended up being about $500 less at the final bill. How many mechanics will tell you "I misquoted you, it was actually $500 less"? With that type of service its no surprise the walls of the office are lined with BBB plaques. Friendly staff and so far my vehicle issues are resolved. Will be going to Don's again for my next repair needs!

We took our truck to Don’s Auto care on Elam in Balch springs November 24th to have the fuel pump replaced. We picked it up the same day. The truck was not driven again until 11/26 at which time it was making a terrible noise. I called them and they said we could bring it over if we can get there before five or the following Monday due to it being Thanksgiving week. We immediately went back home got underneath the truck and took a picture and sent it to them and gave them a call. They had forgotten to tighten up the bolts on the center support bearing. They did send someone out that day to fix it. I waited one week expecting to get a phone call from the owner, after not hearing from him, I gave him a call and he acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. I said a few things which triggered his memory to what I was talking about. I don’t think he ever apologized. He did however say I’m glad we got out there and got that tightened up that could’ve cost you thousands of dollars. Needless to say, we don’t recommend them nor will we use them ever again.
