My experience is a long negative one. I'll keep this brief as possible. 1) Kept my car 4 days. 2) Continued to look for reasons to inflated repair costs. 3) Did not provide one invoice with total cost. 4) Mgr / owner left premises to avoid talking about the service opportunities. You can come to your own conclusions. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
View on Google***UPDATE*** after fixing the issue, after 3 visits of still not fixing the problem (have brought over 10 cars over the past few years) they have decided I won’t be serviced because I left a review 😂😂. Interesting lol I see them one star reviews stacking up though and nobody barely there 🤷🏾♂️😂💀 2002 blue grand marquis I have come here for years, never again. I paid almost $700 and have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!! Welds not complete, pipe too high (burned and cut fuel pump harness), HUGE exhaust leak, and now I've discovered they removed and KEPT my rear 02 sensors!!

I bought some from Oriellys, called a few places to install them, prices were crazy,called them and their price fit what I was looking to spend. I get there I give them the parts and then they tell me the cats I brought weren’t correct and they didn’t want to install them and me have to come back in a week and them have charge me again. And I appreciate that, long story short, they had the right parts it worked immediately after installation the weld work was nice. Work was quick, Uncle knew what he was doing. They got me inspected,These my guys now. Got more customers coming your way.
