Cruz Tire Shop

Today, I had new run-flat tires installed. During the installation, they scratched one of my rims. The person performing the work introduced himself as the owner and claimed to have 20 years of experience. When I pointed out the scratch, he simply brushed it off, saying, "It's no big deal"—and he didn't even offer me a discount to compensate for his lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don't do it. This place use to be the go to but something has changed. Even the reviews let you know this place is not the same. In the last year, the stars have gone down. First, I called to make sure they had the tire I needed. The man that answered the phone spoke English and seemed nice. He assured me that the tire i needed was in stock. I asked him if I could head that way with a arrival time of 5:43pm. He told me to head that way. I arrived at 5:40pm and parked behind a car being serviced. No one walked up to greet me, wave at me or nothing. They finished the car in front of me at 6:10pm. A man that worked there walked up to me and attempted to ask me what kind of tire I needed. I aaked him if he take a look at the thread and let me know, as they are the professionals. I was willing to purchase what was needed. My ignorance to tire thread and how many miles I can travel on it,is a struggle. He said he didn't know and turned to another man, very short, that worked there. This man could speak English a little better than first man. The shorter man begins to put up the tires outside shop, really fast, and say, WE ARE CLOSED! Honestly, he pissed me off. I let him know I was there since 5:40pm. Here's the kicker, there was a Hispanic guy that pulled up behind me, 10 minutes after I arrived, and walked over him to assist. The original male walks over to me with a cell phone for me to talk to a manager, I assumed, and tell him what happened. He says, "OK, so what? We close at 6pm." I get off the phone with him and proceed to my vehicle. A heavy set Hispanic walks outside, I'm almost sure that was him on the phone. He asks me what I need.. At this point, I'm thinking there are serious mental issues going on here. Long story short, I left because I felt I wasn't wanted there. Yes, I'm African American. I didn't welcomed at all. If you look like me, this is not the shop for you. There's better ones around.

Reasonable and quick..! They stay busy because it’s the only tire shop for miles but the guys were nice and willing to haggle….

Not recommended, they scratch all four rims
