Lorenzo and the team had great communication and were very clear about the pricing and the issues with my vehicle. I had debris affect my CV axle, and they also discovered that the control arm bushing had been impacted as well. I needed my vehicle repaired quickly, and Lorenzo ordered the parts before I even arrived at the shop. They were able to complete all the work by the end of the same day. The customer service was excellent, the repair was completed quickly with great quality, and it also came with a solid warranty. I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.

Update This place told me at the time they messed up my alignment more, that it would require new eccentric bolts, tie rods, and shims to do a proper alignment. How wrong they were. Took my vehicle to a different place, and while expensive, that was $280 well spent to get quality work and customer service. The first attached photo is the before and after from this piece. Don’t waste your time or money here. ——————————————————————— Original review Brought my vehicle in to have the alignment checked and if needed, have an alignment done. After they checked the alignment they called me to state that they’re unable to do an alignment due to needing parts. There were no specific concerns that led me to brining in my vehicle for an alignment other than some vibrations at speed here and there. My steering wheel was perfectly centered, car tracked straight, I just wanted to make sure it was okay or prepare for any adjustments. I get back to their shop after they “checked” my alignment, start to drive away, and my steering wheel is damn near a full 90 degrees turned to the right. I go back in to ask to have it fixed, they still had 20-30 minutes before closing. I’m just asking my steering wheel be recentered. Vehicle won’t be ready until Monday midday. No apology, no we’ll get this back and sorted since we messed up to resolve now, just an “oh well, we’ll get to it when we can” reaction. You made something worse, and no care that people work until 5 and can’t make it by the time y’all close during the week. You had my car an hour and half, you could’ve seen the issue you caused if you cared and addressed it before I got there.

They will never EVER try to pressure you or scare you into a repair. If they say you need something done, it's because they care and want you to be informed, and if it can wait? They let you know it can wait. Honest mechanics. A rare sight. I'm never using firestone again. Now I just need them to open more. I'd love one closer to me in Melissa. Aubrey is definitely a drive, but for good service it's absolutely worth it. Edit: updated 5/27/26 This is the only place I will ever trust with my car. The way I've been treated this week has been phenomenal. Usually spending $3K in car repairs on a $2500 car is a nightmare, but these guys stood with me the entire way to make sure my car would be taken care of so it'll keep running for years to come. I'm so grateful for all the support and education they give. They. Do. Not. Lie. They. Do. Not. Up sell. If they tell you that you need something, take the advice.
