I first met the owner, Mr Ahmad Mayo, when I had to get his assistance in applying my new Texas license plates to my Lexus. He patiently took the time to do this for me. I’d tried several times but the screws were in too tight. He was polite, professional & very welcoming. I knew right then that I’d return for my maintenance visit for my Lexus, which I’d always taken to the dealer where I previously lived. Since he specializes in Lexus vehicles, I felt comfortable having him maintenance my car. He didn’t disappoint when I took it recently. He found a leak I wasn’t aware of & probably saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs down the road. He’s genuine. He’s trustworthy. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. And his receptionist, Kourtney, is the nicest person you’d ever want to meet. Please take your vehicle to this place.

I’ve been a customer of Mayo Automotive since 2023, when he replaced the engine in my 1997 Toyota 4Runner. The work was excellent, and he has continued to help with any issues along the way. As a Toyota Sales Consultant, I know how important quality repairs and honest service are, and Mayo Automotive consistently delivers both. After getting quoted almost $7k worth of work, I am so glad I found Mayo automotive. I was recommended to this shop by fellow Lexus owners (460’s to be exact). The lady behind the phone, Courtney, is the sweetest. Ahmad and Ollie took exceptional care of me and my 460. I will be back as soon as my 100k mile services are due. Knowing that I will not get swindled into services etc that I do not need.

Highly recommend Ahmad and his team at Mayo Automotive. Super honest about any repairs, they explain everything thoroughly and show you the parts that are bad and what they recommend needs to be done. From the office staff to the guys in the shop, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Started taking my Land Cruiser to Mayo when they were located in Lewisville and have since followed them to their new location in Argyle. Have already recommended my family and friends and would recommend everyone else, you won't be disappointed!
