I had such a great experience with this dealership! They made everything so easy and convenient. They picked up my car, completed the service, and dropped it back off to me freshly washed — which I truly appreciated. Not only was the service smooth and hassle-free, but I also got a really great price on my oil change. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — friendly, professional, and communicative the entire time. It’s hard to find service like this these days. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great value!

Huge shoutout to Fifth Gear Automotive! After doing a brake service myself, I was left with warning codes that needed to be cleared. I called around to several places, and most either wanted to charge an unreasonable amount for a simple procedure or said they couldn't help at all. This shop was completely different. Alex and his team took the time to listen, understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to help me out. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in solving the problem instead of just making a quick buck. It's rare to find a mechanic shop with this level of honesty, customer service, and technical knowledge. They saved me both time and money, and they earned a customer for life. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that truly cares about helping people, this is the place to go.

The guys at Fifthgear were amazing. I have an Italian car, that has security features that makes it hard for anyone to evaluate and fix except for the dealer. Fifthgear helped me evaluate the problem, but couldn’t fix due to the security issue I just mentioned. They didn’t charge me, unlike most mechanic shops. I will definitely use them for my next repairs. 5Stars for their awesome customer service.

There seemed to be some communication issues. I wanted an inspection, windshield fluid leak investigation, and rear camera issue investigated as well as general maintenance. To my knowledge these were not addressed. However, again, the oil change and spark plug, to my knowledge were done well. However, everyone I met was considerate, friendly, and helpful. I will be back. And I would recommend Fifth Gear.

Excellent, transparent experience with this auto repair business. I went to them to help troubleshoot an electrical issue with my headlights and not only did they thoroughly work through the issues, they provided above and beyond service, providing me an Uber to get back home and later back to the shop, and overall left me feeling like they were simply trying to repair my vehicle and break the bank. Service advisor Isaiah was great! I have found my new auto service dealer.
