Xclusive Wheels and Tires Alvin

They installed a lift kit on my Toyota Sienna and the process was very smooth. They ordered the parts for me and everything went well. My car had a rusty component and they replaced that part for me and didn't even charge me for labor and they only charged me for the lift installation. Things like that made me feel like they are really good people and they truly care. I appreciate all the work you did. The only part I would suggest to improve is if something changes or if there is something going on. Improve the communication between the advisor and the customer and update them and don't let them to call you and then get surprised by the news and updates themselves. Other than that everything is great. Keep up the good work Ruben and Ethan, great people.

Save your time and money—go somewhere else. This shop is extremely unprofessional. After purchasing tires, it took two weeks just to get an appointment. On installation day, I dropped off my truck at 9 AM, and by 6 PM they still hadn’t touched it, with no explanation or courtesy call. When I asked for my truck back, it took 15 minutes to find my keys because they had lost them. After rescheduling (multiple times), I was told they were ready—only to arrive and be told they didn’t have the proper equipment. It took three separate visits before the tires were finally installed. When asked for the manager, I kept getting excuses on why I could not talk to him. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this shop.

Just plain rude. Took 3 hours to change 2 front tires. Won't be back and im sure this owner is fine with it. Totally dont care about your time that you said itd be done by. BTW you should have it posted that no one is allowed to look at their car while your working on it. I mean its my car in someone's hands thats rude. Sorry I dont usually make bad reviews but people should know when a person of a company that we're gonna spend our hard earned cash on or at. Sorry but not sorry 😐 🤷🏼 If Google had 0 stars that's what I would've rated your rude self.

XCLUSIVE IS VERY LUCKY I AM NOT THE MAN USED TO BE. I TAKE MY ANGER AT BEING RIPPED OFF BY A RETAILER OUT IN WORDS ON COMPANY REVIEWS NOT WITH PHYSICAL VIOLENCE. IF NEGETIVE STARS WAS AN OPTION IT WOULD DEFINATELY BE -100 STARS. At first I was happy with everything. Fast forward to Dec. 2025 I found A small amount of the red metallic finish near the hub cap was gone. It was approximately 1.5 sq inch spot. Called xclusive to inquire about any warranty related to the finish and they told me they would look into it. With the looming holiday I didn't push much. Called them several times over the next month and was told they are waiting on a response from the manufacturer. Feb 11, 2026 was the one year anniversary of the purchase. I called just last week again and the person that answered the phone listened to me tell this whole story and then proceeded to tell me that there is zero warranty. I decided to verify their statement by looking into the manufacturer and contacting them. I found out had I not waited on xclusive to provide an answer and just went to the manufacturer at least 2 weeks earlier or even instead of xclusive I likely would have gotten a replacement wheel or at least the minor blemish corrected. Fun fact, I found out that I paid a 125% mark up for the wheels and I'm sure the brand new tires were likely the same mark up. The lesson learned is Xclusive is a joke. Their operations side of the company is non existent. And they care nothing for the customer. Their only concern is selling as much as they can for as high a markup as they can. Admittedly I should have been more diligent as purchaser and did some more in depth research but for them to have me waiting on a response from them with regards to the finish warranty until i cant even go directly to the manufacturer because I'm beyond the 1yr purchase anniversary is beyond infuriating. They did an excellent job at transforming my truck into what I thought it should look like. I bought and had them install a leveling kit, wheels and tires, and retractable running boards, and they gave me a great deal on the entire package. Everyone was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I will definitely be back to do business with them again.
