It’s an awesome shop! If you enjoy: - Dropping a ton of money for a job not well done- - Poor communication skills- - inability to complete paperwork that should be provided for the customers at the time of completion, stating ALL WORK DONE and PARTS USED and descriptions of initial diagnosis. Labor charges. Reasoning for ALL work done and approved by the customers BEFORE performing anything! Office workers misinforming customers what has been done or what has not, is unacceptable- - Repeated returns of your “fixed” vehicle and also added issues where corners have been cut and only minimal replacements have been completed thus causing other issues. Each returned visit another week it sits and the cycle never ends. They got their money already, why not- - Warranty work that you may or may not also be charged labor for once again. Pretty sweet deal- - Test drives after completion of work by office workers that cannot even explain what was done or what they should be looking for to report back.- - Test drives that also never actually happened during other “warranty work” returns!- 😂 - Not knowledgeable of parts to certain vehicles that must be factory when replacing or it will not fix the issues- - Record History of each visit and record taking is pretty much non-existent, minimal at best- - Owner nor mechanics, mechanic helper whatever ever speaks to you or acknowledges as to why your vehicle has to be returned repeatedly and not repaired- - No customer appreciates being treated this way- - No customer deserves to be treated this way- ~ Customers entrust that they will not be taken advantage of. That work is done and done properly. That when parts and services are supposed to be done. DO IT! When you charge someone for a certain amount and the customer is under the impression it is actually going to be used for replacing the parts and labor, Freaking do it! ~ No one should ever have to write something like this. PERIOD. No one should ever have to start all over from square one, piece by piece and now more parts that shotty “work” has caused damage to areas that had been unrelated.~ ~ I hope that the almost $5,000 I have paid to your business can help to buy all of you some integrity, decency and a few bibles.~

They tried to charge me almost $350 just to replace my outer tire rods knowing dam well You can get the parts for 40 bucks take 10 minutes to put on. If you need anything done with your tires or alignment go to Lozanos tire shop off Highway 35 he was honest with me over the phone didn’t try to screw me over at all and gave me a real decent price a reasonable price. If you don’t know a lot about tires and cars places like this we’ll try to screw you over like they didn’t do your research before calling any place. I’m glad I did my research or I would’ve blew $350 here and now I’m only gonna be paying 150 to get my tire rods replaced

I went to reconnect the turbo hose they didn't change parts or anything else just connect the hose and it was too expensive .. I definitely don't recommend this place ..how is it possible that something so simple is so expensive.. They don't tell you the quote .. only in the end just to force you to pay an exaggerated amount

Absolutely the best mechanic you'll find anywhere. Done right the first time, everytime. Very honest and trustworthy - always faster and cheaper than a dealership. Ask for Troy!

These guys really know what they’re doing! Not only are they incredibly capable, but they are honest and affordable. Very refreshing to find a mechanic shop like this!
