Went in this morning for a state inspection and stood there waiting 20 minutes. There was an older gentleman sitting in an office on his computer. Can you imagine being focused on your computer that you don’t hear the door alarm ding when someone comes in, let alone not hear them say hello multiple times or knocking on the counter. Eventually I gave up, left and went to Genesis Automotive. I was in and out of Genesis within 5 minutes.

Walked in and everyone was kind. Needed an ignition coil replaced and I thought I needed a spark plug replaced but they told me those looked good. I appreciate the honesty. Some mechanics would have lied to get more money. These are honest kind people and they did a great job. Didn’t take long either. Thanks again!

Very reliable source, we've trust there service and loyalty. My Nissan Altima was towed in for service, to replace and belt and a couple other things. And very quickly was called to pick up. I was told me what they all what was fix, and so I paid them and I got to my car to go home. And I've noticed that my a/c blowing hot!, I've realized that maybe something wasn't connected (?). I turned around to get it checked out, they look at it right away and checked with gages and told me we're charged it and said that it could of leaked out?. So it took a good change and said it's blowing cold 50's and sent me away. And didn't charge me, that's amazing and that's why we keep on using them. Thank you again Texas Fairway!!!
