Sold me a warranty when i bought a used 2019 F150 and I can't even get a loaner car. Have been on a "waiting list" for 8 weeks. When I called today they said I was 14th on the list and haven't moved. I find that funny that i was 12th on the list when I was put on it. Now my warranty is about to run out and I am a single father of two kids and need to have a vehicle to transport my kids around. This dealership service department should not make promises they can't keep.

Dropped my truck off Friday morning, told at 4pm the tires were the issue. Ordered tires said they would be in Monday, no updates Monday and said would be ready Tuesday end of day, not ready, told first thing Wednesday morning, 4 o’clock Wednesday got the truck. These were stock tires and overpriced for the exact same ones at NTB and Discount. Bad communication, bad prices.

Was scheduled for a service and to drop my vehicle off. Reached to know that they cannot find any schedule booked under my name and also no loaner available. This is my second visit and ended up being socked. PS I did confirm multiple times before the appointment to ensure I have a loaner request for me and was confirmed I will get one. Absolutely the worst Ford service department I’ve ever encountered. Had my F350 super duty for three weeks and still not repaired. Service rep, Karla Wilson should be fired. She does not return phone calls. I’ve left daily messages twice a day just trying to get an update on my truck. She does not return calls. I’ve used Ron Carter for 20 plus years and have never had this problem. I know they sold several years ago so I assume that the new owners don’t provide customer service. Take your Ford vehicle somewhere else. I’m going too.
