I had the worst experience with this towing company. My truck was towed at the request of the police, and I went to retrieve it about 4 hours later. My wife called first to get information, and the man who answered was extremely rude. He was yelling at her and speaking to her like she was a child. We let him know we were getting our insurance to help retrieve the vehicle, and he seemed upset from the beginning. When I arrived and called him, he said I should have called ahead to let him know I was coming—but he never told me that before. Instead of explaining politely, he was rude and disrespectful. I’m sorry for not knowing the process of getting a vehicle out. He acted like everyone automatically knows how it works. It’s not like they tow my truck every day. This was my first time dealing with something like this, and instead of helping, he made it more stressful. He treated me poorly because I don’t speak English perfectly. My wife is fluent, and he still screamed at her. On top of that, we later found out they broke my back window and said they were not responsible. This company has horrible customer service, no professionalism, and no respect. If you don’t want to be yelled at and treated badly, do not use this service. I would never recommend them. If i could i would of put zero stars Please learn how to treat customers Honestly overpriced for 4 hours and also for them to break my back window.

Absolutely terrible experience with Lawrence Wrecker Service. After my car was towed at the request of the police, I went to retrieve it within just a few hours. Upon arrival, I was met with the most unprofessional and outright hostile behavior I have ever encountered from a business. The man working there was screaming, cussing, and calling me names for no reason. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business that deals with the public. Then, there’s the price. The sign outside clearly states a $85 tow fee and $22.85 per day storage, yet I was charged $285 for a car they had for only 3–4 hours. No explanation—just blatant overcharging. As if that wasn’t enough, when I got my car back, I immediately noticed significant new damage that was not there before: - Two holes in my front bumper - A broken plastic plate cover under the engine that was dragging on the ground - A huge dent in the left rear quarter panel - A broken handle on the rear hatch - Multiple dashboard warning lights that were not on before This business operates with zero integrity. Between the price gouging, damage to my vehicle, and the verbal abuse, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If your vehicle gets towed here, document everything, take pictures, and be prepared for a fight.

Lawrence Wrecker Service was great from start to finish. They showed up way faster than I expected, and the driver was professional, friendly, and took really good care of my vehicle. Being stuck on the side of the road is stressful, but they made the whole process easy and hassle free. The communication was solid, pricing was fair, and you can tell they actually care about helping people instead of just trying to get in and out. Hopefully I won’t need another tow anytime soon, but if I do, they’ll definitely be the first call I make. Highly recommend.

This business is extremely unprofessional, rude, and misleading. On the advertised sign located on the business premise, as well as online, it is clearly advertised that this establishment is open 24-hours and vehicles are available for release 24-hours a day within a one hour notice. Upon calling, beyond being extremely rude and disrespectful, they offer no other mention of any discrepancies that indicate the information listed in their sign is inaccurate. This is false advertising and has caused owners to incur unnecessary expenses due to the false representation that vehicles are available for release 24-hours a day, given a one hour notice. Owners were also denied a physical copy of an itemized statement, suspecting overcharged services, again, per the information on the sign. After inquiring about the cost, two invoices were sent via email, one that was in fact overcharged- as suspected, and one that included the alleged correct charges. The "correct" invoice included a "light duty" fee of $272.00. This was never mentioned nor posted on the sign located on the premise, again leading to deceptive and hidden fees. This establishment's practices are deceptive and misleading, and has caused vehicle owners undue stress and unnecessary expenses. The owner responds to accurate reviews (which are opinions based off real interactions with the establishment) by calling the reviewers liars and blaming them for their vehicle ending up at this tow yard. The reality is, they pay you and keep you in business! How their vehicle ended up in your tow yard is none of your business and unfortunate because it is never a pleasure to deal with this establishment.
