Checked in with simple repair told 1 in front of me . Sat behind shop watched employees do nothing except for when a girl showed up from main building I waked in to make sure I wasn't forgotten and when I walked up the young lady that was getting all the attention by mechanics said what do you want .rude at best then I explained again what I was wanting done They sent tire guy out to just tighten up the valve stem I wanted it replaced he got a attitude told this how it's done .doesn't matter i want it replaced. Didn't get it done left and yes bad O ring Got it replaced somewhere else .terrible customer service never seen a shop waste drivers time on purpose before
