Priority Auto Care is exactly the kind of local business every town wishes it had. They’ve worked on both my wife’s Toyota Sienna and my 2002 Suburban HD, and the service has been outstanding every time. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond on my Suburban — sourcing hard‑to‑find parts from out of state and even dropping the vehicle off at my house when I didn’t have a ride. That level of care is rare these days. They’re honest, dependable, and genuinely good people. Got a rear wheel bearing replaced, tires flipped on the wheels, and an alignment on my S2000 with and drift angle kit and Eddy did an awesome job getting me dialed in. drove the car down to Chattanooga the next day and on their trash roads the car was very stable. the most stable its been since ive owned it. the price was great i am very happy with the results. ill be back for more alignments.

Very happy with the work Eddie and his team are capable of. Bought a used car and took it in for alignment and a look over. They identified a few things that needed attention and called with pricing and recommendations and were able to get everything completed quickly. Very disappointing. Paid $200 for a diagnostic, yet they did not diagnose the main problem that I had them their to look at. I did not get any of that $200 back after they simply just removed a cable that I could've done on my own. They said that the issue did not occur while my car was there for 24 hours, however, it is an issue that only occurs monthly, and I was not going to leave my car there for a month. The whole reason for a DIAGNOSIS is to DIAGNOSE the problem proactively, rather than to react to it when it happens. So basically I paid $200 for nothing that was fixed. I believe in paying for services and labor actually rendered, but when I have to pay a steep diagnosis fee upfront before any work is actually performed, I expect the problem to be identified. Another word for this would be DIAGNOSE. Apparently this place does not know the definition of the word. Very disappointing.
