We had car issues ~4 hours from home coming back from a trip and couldn’t have found nicer people to help. They worked through lunch to help us and even gave us a ride to pick up a rental car since they were headed that way. Kindness goes a long way and Seaton’s Automotive has an abundance. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.
View on GoogleI live about 4 hours away from Seiverville and had my car break down after hitting debris on I40. Thank goodness for Seaton’s, they were incredibly kind and understanding and helped us figure out a way home. I cannot recommend their shop enough.

The guy that helped me out was great and very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and told me what I should do. Plus I was an out of towner and so if I’m ever having problems again and in the area I will definitely use these guys for service on my vehicle.
View on GoogleI am James Williams (Tony) owner of a 2018 Chevy Tahoe from New Orleans, Louisiana. I was traveling to Tennessee Pigeon Forge towing my Harley Davidson when my #1 cylinder damaged a lifter and beat up my camshaft lobe.. I drove straight to Volunteer Chevrolet dealership and the work list they had was 3- weeks out. The service writer at the dealership recommended Seaton's Automotive a mechanic that use to work there so I took his phone number and called them.. Justin at Seaton's Automotive had to rebuild my 5.3L LS from the camshaft, heads and upper parts of my engine, a major JOB!! I was very satisfied with Justin's repair and the professional service I received.. My engine is running fine and I would recommend Seaton's Automotive to anyone looking for a professional and honest service!! Justin is definitely a Great person and Mechanic!!

I went and had my heater core replaced and waited in lobby and with in a short period of time they were done! Special thanks to Jaxon for his experience in doing this , he was very quick and efficient! Also to Jason , and Kory for the teamwork involved ! And last but not least Mrs. Tracy for handling all the office tasks that bring this crew to the elite status the are at! 10/1O stars if It was an option 😁
