Eddie's Auto Service Kingston

My husband and I have used Eddies Auto Shop in Kingston and Eddies Body Shop in Harriman for quite a few years. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of the work performed, the timeliness of the repair work, and the communication provided by Eddies regarding whatever service issue they are fixing. Their prices are quite fair, especially for the quality of the work they do. We have never had any problems with any repair work they have performed. Every person we have dealt with from the mechanics to the delightful woman at the front desk has treated us with respect, honesty, and kindness. If a six star rating were possible Eddies has earned it!!!

I had an excellent experience with Eddie’s! From the 1st phone call to the follow up text I received after my service was completed. Every team member I had contact with, especially Steven & Devon, was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Their competitive pricing, easy online scheduling, and fast service is top notch. My vehicle needed a catalytic converter/sensors replaced and I am so pleased with the service that I plan to have all my routine maintenance done with Eddie’s now. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first time using Eddie’s. I went in for an oil change and the experience was phenomenal. Very professional and the office and waiting are is very nice and clean. Tristan was my service advisor and he took great time to talk to me about what was done and what needed to be done in the future to keep my car running great. Never was there any pressure or attempts to upsell or offer services not needed. This will be my permanent place for all my car care needs. Highly recommend this place

I had a great experience with Eddie's Auto Service. They handled my tires, alignment, brakes, and rotors, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very upfront about all costs. I really appreciated that they prioritized what needed immediate attention versus what could reasonably wait. We were passing through town from Kentucky headed to North Carolina with 30+ youth headed to church camp. Had an unexpected issue with a tire on one of our vans. We walked in, asked for help and before the kids had time to finish their McDonalds we were done. Great, friendly and quick service. Thank you!
