We just got the 06 Mustang GT put of the ACE ship in Kingston. They handled the repair from the tree falling damage incurred imbposting before and after pictures ..being in the custim car business for 30 years, I will say they did an excellent job I am very happy with their work . Insurance wanted to total the car but only having 50 k miles on it we wanted to save as it is sentimental to the family and owned the car since new. The repair replacement of the the while roof and expert paint of the stripes and whole rear sections of the car, not to mention the water damage that was also repaired when it flooded in the rainstorm ....hats off and two thumbs up to these guys Highly recommended 👌

My vehicle was 2 weeks old and had a tree fall on it. ACE literally made my vehicle new again! They worked with my insurance and it was such an easy process. They are professional and kept me up to date on the repair processes. They are very detailed and the vehicle really did look brand new!

I DO NOT recommend the SERVICE side what so ever. This place had takin in my car for body work and service, from an insurance claim! After the body shop was done, they had sent my car to the service side for some minor repairs and a full wheel alignment! After 4months of driving my car I started having some issues with my front end , riding/steering rough. I had taken my car to a personal friend wich is a licensed diesel mechanic that works in one of Americas biggest Diesel shops! He did a road test, got it back to his personal shop, took both front wheels off did an inspection, needless say, both front inner tires are bald, with wires hanging! Thru out this discovery the only thing this personal mechanic could find that could possibly be wrong is, the car is in need of an alignment! Further more, was supposed to be done 4months ago so what I was told anyway! I had called this place numerous times, left a few voice messages on the answering machine to the Service Manger Bo. I NEVER got any call back, and or could NEVER get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue. Seems to be I’m being AVOIDED!!But if I didn’t do my job right I would be avoiding too! Unhappy with the outcome of the service side, and TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND them!!! It’s very obvious the alignment on my car wasn’t done right/properly! Very poor job, and very unprofessional!

Had a large & very deep dent on the driver's door that was unrepairable using PDR. Chose this shop based on USAA's recommendation and I am glad I did! The dent according to Beau ended up being much worse than originally appeared requiring the whole door to be pulled, filled and repainted. I was very concerned given how new the car was to have extensive painting done to it but whomever they have on staff did a fantastic job. No broken clips, no overspray, no damaged parts whatsoever and the paint is a very difficult 3-stage metallic which was blended perfectly on the driver's side. Beau and the other staff were very responsive and were kind enough to waive the additional labor hours to install door guards I had purchased. Top notch folks, I can see why they are USAA's shop of choice for the region.

Did a tremendous job of repainting my front nose, hood, and front lower valance panels, Great match and great spray job. Makes the '93 240SX look NEW again! Thanks!
