Carlos and the crew at East TN transmission took good care of me. Originally thought the problem was a transmission but he diagnosed a much cheaper solution and got me back on the road quick. He communicated with me about every repair and did the work in a timely manner. Very pleased and will be back again. Also, ask him about the headlight restore he does, it looks great and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Thanks
View on GoogleCarlos is a very kind and honest person. I took my vehicle here because the transmission was slipping. Carlos spent at least 30 minutes with me. Took it out for a ride and didn't even charge me! He is very knowledgeable and generous. I highly recommend his services.
View on GoogleMy sisters transmission which is under warranty by these people went bad. She dropped it off at their shop on June 11th. Today is July 24th and although they have been promising to get it on the rack and fix it, it has not been touched yet. They are putting other cars in front of hers because it is under warranty. They keep telling her she's next, but that isn't true. I would not take my vehicle to this place to be fixed and will never do business with them again.
View on GoogleI had a Terrible experience with this shop to say the least ! I took my car there to have the transmission rebuilt, and was told it would take 4-days to rebuild it, and that turned into a 3-week wait. And then when i picked up my car, after being told that the job was finished, and paying a $4,500.00 repair bill, after driving the car for about 10-minutes the transmission went out on me, and i was almost involved in a bad accident, and had to wait 45 minutes stuck in traffic waiting on a tow truck to take the car back to their shop. And after the car was back at the shop, one of their mechanics popped the hood and appeared to be connecting a cable.... There is no excuse for that kind of negligence !!!!! And then not long after that, i noticed some fluid leaks in my driveway, and my mechanic told me that it was coming from the transmission, and sure enough, it was ! I took the car back to their shop, and was told it would only be a few days to repair it, and that turned into a 2-week wait. I was constantly mis-lead as to the amount of time that it was going to take to fix the transmission, and most of the time when they said they would call me back, they never did. I will NEVER do business with this shop ever again for anything !!!
