If you have a company that has 50 or less trucks, do not call these people for any road service. You will get ripped off because they prey on smaller companies. I had a messed up air stem and needed air and someone with fresh eyes to look at it. The service gentleman looked at it and tightened up the air stem and aired up the wheel.( I would have limped, but it was a steer and completely flat). I was charged and not by the driver $600.00. Yes that is not a type of. I couldn't believe it. I am doing this review because everyone needs to be warned about Goodyear.i would not want to be in thier shoes come judgement day because EVERY knee will bow and answer for thier wrongs.

“Wildly Overpriced & Misleading — Beware” I just had one of my drivers stop at Southern Tire Mart in Dandridge, TN for two trailer tires. We asked for used tires, were told they had them — then suddenly they “only had new,” and claimed the new price was the same as used. That alone was questionable, but the final total of $955.67 for TWO trailer tires was absolutely shocking. For context: I’ve never paid more than $600 for the same service anywhere else in the country. On top of that, the entire process took far longer than it should have (3.5hrs), costing us time and money. If you're a trucking company or fleet manager, be extremely cautious with pricing here. Get everything in writing before they start, because this experience was nowhere near transparent — or reasonable.

Do not go here after hours the mechanic was still there i nerfed a tire they said its considered a road call wanted to charge 1100-1200 though i was at the shop save your money go to Loves 15 miles east on I40 towards NC

Jeremy helped ensure my daughter got down the road safely! My daughter was driving along back to college and started having tire pressure warnings. After stopping twice to use coin-op inflation devices, it seemed she wasn't doing it right; getting false pressure readings and not filling one tire. Looking down the road from where she was, at 7:30pm on a Monday, I identified this place. Before she arrived, I called and explained to Jeremy what was going on. When she arrived, he filled the tire in question, tested for leaks (two different ways), and filled all four of her tires. Thanks to him, we felt comfortable sending her on her way over the NC mountains through Asheville. He took care of her like a dad would! When asked what I could offer for his services, he said it was 'no charge', hoping that someone would do the same for one of his kids someday. According to my daughter and as to be expected with a commercial truck center, the place was a little scary to her. But clearly the service and dedication of this one, helpful person made it a friendly place which can be trusted. Thank you, Jeremy!

If I was the owner of this place I'd be pissed. These weekend guys don't want to work!! They quoted me one steer at $800 295/75r22.5 and said it's the only one they have. When there was an off brand right next to it. They also quoted me 100 bucks on a truck inspection and 150 on a trailer inspection. And said there was no one to do an oil change.
