Dandridge Service Station

I've waited a long time to write this review, as I wanted as many facts as I could get. We thought this place was trustworthy, but we were wrong. In June, we brought our business vehicle to them to give it a good once over before we opened our business in July. After a couple days, he called and said it was all fixed up and good to go! He claimed he changed the oil, checked transmission fluid, made sure everything looked fine. We took it to get new tires placed on it, and the tire shop informed us that our rear brakes were extremely worn and unsafe to drive with. We brought it back to Warren, and he gave a lame excuse as to why he didn't actually drive the vehicle to make sure it ran correctly like he said he did. We gave him another chance and asked if he could fix the brakes. We needed it back by a certain day to work. He promised it would get done in our timeframe. We ended up dropping it off an extra day early to make sure it would be done on time. When we called to check on it the evening it was promised to be done, we were told that he hadn't even looked at it yet. By this point, we were fed up and took our bus home to find a new mechanic. Our brakes exploded two days later. Now, in October, we had a trusted mechanic look over the work Warren claimed he did. Turns out the transmission fluid and oil need to be changed HORRIBLY. My advice is to stay faaaaaar away from here unless you like to pay $400+ for absolutely nothing.

We were recommend to come to this place and boy were we so very satisfied he fixed are front and back breaks and changed out the spark plug wires. My car runs excellent I will recommend this place for any auto repairs that anyone may have. Him and his team does a really good job and the owner is so very pleasant and humble. And his prices can not be beat he works with you as well. Thank you so much for all you guys hard work. I will be return for other auto repairs if I need them. 👍👍

We stopped in on a late Friday afternoon on our way back to Michigan after hearing a loud ticking, hoping they could help. They crawled underneath, quickly figured out the problem and solved right then, giving us the assurance that we would get home just fine and could make a permanent fix later. Love the small town hospitality! Thank you.

I was traveling on New Years Day when my clutch went out at a rest stop (2 hours away from home) Being a holiday, I figured I’d start calling to see if anyone was open. Even though they were closed, Larry happened to be there and said to bring it on by anyways, he would try to help me out. I was so grateful he took time out of his day to try and see if he could get me back on the road quickly. Unfortunately a small part broke inside the clutch case and the transmission had to be removed to get to it. We got a ride and had to come back later, but they got me all fixed up within a few days. I typically do all my own work, but they were a great group of guys and I feel they did a fine job.

Since moving to dandridge in January my husband and I have both taken our vehicles here for service. It's very much a small town local shop feel, friendly guys and they have gotten our vehicles fixed up in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We'll be using them for years to come.
