Christian Brothers Automotive Bartlett

I took my Toyota 4Runner to Christian Brothers Automotive in Bartlett today and had such a good experience I had to come write about it. Something underneath had bent my skid plate, and it was dragging on the road and making this awful scraping noise the whole way there. I'd never been to this shop before. A really nice woman from my HIIT class at the Y had told me about them and said they were good people, so I gave them a try. So glad I listened to her. They got me in right away, took a look, and had everything fixed and back in place in no time. Everyone was so friendly and warm about it, no fuss at all, they just took care of me. And the shop itself is gorgeous. Bright, spotless, honestly more like walking into a fancy tech office than a car place. Really comfortable and welcoming too. I came home so happy that I wanted to leave this review right away. If you're anywhere near Bartlett, go see these guys. I'm pretty sure I just found my mechanic.

I was introduced to CBA by another car dealership since they didn't have my part and everyone has been polite. They even have a shuttle. Ms. Star is the best, she sets the tone of the business and does a wonderful job of it. She is polite and knowledgeable..

Simply put, I am floored at how well they took care of my car... I went in with a coolant leak and after 7 days, I received an email to review the quote for approval. When I say they conducted a comprehensive inspection, I mean they provided videos, photos, detailed explanations, prices, options, and a very VERY thorough assessment report. The fact that no one called to pressure me into accepting the quote and left me to my vices in assessing what needs to be repaired and what I can put off for later, simply by checking boxes, was the true selling point they accomplished. I ended up approving everything because no other repair shop or dealership has ever shown this much integrity. Needless to say, I was extremely happy when I opened my hood. They did everything they said they were going to do and even went the extra mile of cleaning the entire engine, the manifold, etc. If they touched it, it was thoroughly cleaned to a shine. I am beyond grateful for all of you at Christian Brothers Automotive and I will never take my car anywhere else, even for annual maintenance. Superb service, superb craftsmanship, superb pricing, superb facility! Thank you all SO, SO, MUCH!!!

This was the second time my car was serviced by Christian Brothers. It was as great an experience as the first time! Dustin explained the needed repairs expertly, and Timmy did a fantastic job documenting before and after photos and videos. Very thorough evaluation and inspection once again. I like the menu-like options and how CBA ranks and highlights repairs needed as urgent or recommended without any pressure. Highly recommended this team!

Great customer service, including communication about necessary and potential repair issues. Chris kept us informed with cost estimates, time frame and essential information.
