I discovered B&R around 2019 or somewhere about there, it's been many years now anyway. I knew after my 1st experience here that I would always be bringing my vehicle here for mechanical work. After meeting Tim & Richard, you could just tell that they were not one of those men that treat women a certain way when we bring our vehicles in the shop, ladies you know. B&R is truly honest, respectful & will not do you wrong. They go above & beyond. I broke down in Norris in front of post office & Richard gave me a ride home & also had my vehicle towed to the shop. Richard is the only mechanic I trust & he has never let me down & I will always bring by vehicle here because I know I will always be treated fairly & my vehicle could not be in better hands. I wanted to take a moment and share my positive experience with B & R Auto Repair this week! We tried B&R when our needed a new alternator in January. My car had started acting odd a few weeks ago, so I made an appointment to take it in this last week. It was having some kind of electoral issue, and ending up dying on short drive to the appointment. We got it towed there and it turned out that one of the parts of the alternator had failed. I hoped the part might be under warranty, but they really went above and beyond to take care of us. Not only was the part under warranty, but they also did not charge for the labor, diagnosing the problem and even reimbursed me for the tow since they had installed the part that ultimately failed. It was not their fault the part failed, but they really took responsibility and took great care of us and I am so thankful. It means a lot to have an honest, responsible mechanic you can count on!

Richard is very receptive to answering questions, and takes excellent care of my baby ( my truck).
