Customer Service was top notch. Saffire completed my oil change. She smiled and spoke kindly and explained options in an easy to understand way. I was very happy to see a woman working on my car. All the employees were so personable. No pressure to upsell. I'll go back again and tell others about the great service.

Things were done fast and efficiently. The service was thorough and all recommendation were explained with the cost clearly listed. I would absolutely recommend this business, if you need an oil change or other service stop here first.

They communicate across the bay and work together to get the job done. Service is quick and and they keep me informed during the process. I've never felt pressure to buy additional services or products. And I appreciate waiting in the comfort of my vehicle. The included carwash coupon adds additional value to the service.
View on GoogleThis is the second time I’ve been here the first time I took my daughter before she went back to Virginia for school for a last-minute oil change. Both times we had extremely nice people that we dealt with the price we paid seemed reasonable and fair. no one pressured us for any extra services even if they were recommended and we declined. I will be back for sure. Definitely nice to know there’s a place to go where people are friendly and will not push you for anything you don’t want.
View on GoogleEveryone is really awesome here the whole group really works fast and has very good work ethic and they know how to greet you with a smile and not just that they gave me coffee like how many lube centers or mechanical places do that!!! So genuinely get in there and get yourself and oil change by these awesome people 👏 because hands down timing,attitude,work ethic everything these are some super duper awesome badass peeps!!! From hayden from the minnich's pharmacy fr fr also FYI very good at explaining things your car may need in the future!
