I have worked around vehicles for years, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. We brought in a truck that would only move in reverse. Based on the symptoms, we believed the truck had a major transmission issue. That was originally confirmed by this shop. We made a significant financial decision based on the information we were given and ended up purchasing another vehicle. Now, after the fact, we're being told the problem may simply be fuel injectors and that replacing them "might fix all the issues." Let that sink in. A truck that only goes in reverse was initially treated as a major drivetrain problem. After we've already purchased another truck, the diagnosis changes to fuel injectors, with the explanation that if they're right, it will solve everything. No detailed testing results were provided. No clear technical explanation was given as to how fuel injectors could possibly cause a vehicle to lose forward gears while still having reverse. Just a vague "if we're right, it'll fix everything." As someone who works in the automotive industry, I find this level of inconsistency unacceptable. Diagnoses can change when new information is discovered, but customers deserve clear communication, evidence, and confidence—not expensive guesses. When a diagnosis swings from one end of the spectrum to the other after a customer has already made a major financial decision, it raises serious questions about the accuracy of the original diagnosis, the accuracy of the current diagnosis, or both. I would strongly encourage anyone using this shop to ask for detailed test results, documentation, and a clear explanation of how they arrived at their conclusions before spending money based on a diagnosis.

I'll just start by saying I usually wait a while for doing any kind of review. In September I took my van in for a tune and throttle body cleaning. To be honest it looked like a pain to do myself so I figured I'd give these guys a try. Their prices were the best I could find. Steve and Andrew were great to work with and knowledgeable. I had broken the air intake box so I had to reschedule till I found another one. These guys were more than accommodating to get me in a different day within a timely manner. The work was done within a day. Went to pick van realized it ran WORSE than before. Doubled back and spoke with Steve and Andrew about it. Mind you this was 4:30pmish. They close at 5pm. Steve realized the plug wires for cylinder 7 was switched out and they brought the van in the bay after hours on the spot to make it right. I cannot express how this impressed me, they take their work seriously. So thanks again guys for making this old dubbed "Shaggin Wagon" run like a top again. I'll definitely be back.

I came to Steve with a major problem and undiagnosed misfire from two different shops that could not figure it out. I had burned through 2-3 cats at that point. Steve and his dedicated team took the time and energy to solve the problem and even worked diligently with my warranty company to help get some of the repairs covered. My suburban now runs with greater torque and power and I trust Steve and his workers with all my repairs. He is a genuine owner and a very smart technician. You can trust them with any repair.
