Hello, this is Vickie, I’m texting you about our car (2015 Ford Escape)red, we need the car ASAP! I’m raising my grandson who is special needs. We only have this vehicle. I have to get all his stuff done before school starts! So, if you can’t get our car fixed, then please let us know now! I will take it to someone else who can fix the battery! We went to you because you asked us to support your women run garage, but this is really unacceptable! If, I don’t hear anything from you, I will come there to pick my car up and have it towed somewhere else! I don’t have time to play phone tag with y’all! So, please get a hold of us ASAP! They had our car for almost 3 weeks now! We finally had a day off to walk there and take our car to another garage!! They didn’t even call us back or apologize for the longggggg delay!! SO TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
