Contacted this place because id heard it was great and offered fair pricing and has all these stellar reviews, and many places either wont give quotes or want to charge $800 for an $80 part and an hr of work. Im honestly not even sure how to give them my business. I contacted them by website on Sunday because they werent open and i would have to work the next few days so i was hoping to hear back and get started with scheduling a time to get serviced. I ended up calling today (wednesday) first thing because i hadnt heard. Rick said he was about to call me, and just needed my vin and would get back to me shortly with a quote. I sent the pic of my vin to the number given, got confirmation they got my message, then nothing. This was 711am. I called about 4.5 hrs later because i hadnt heard back, and other places were able to give me quotes in minutes. The woman who answered said they hadnt had a chance to check the quote, and wasnt sure when they would be able to get to it because "yeeaaahhh weve been busy. Ill let him know you called." That was 4.5 hours ago. Theyre now closed. So in a 10 hour day nobody had 2 minutes to type my vin into the computer and click on something. Technically its been 3 10 hour days that nobody has had a spare 2 minutes. Thats insane. Youd think they wouldnt be able to answer the phone if that was the case because it could have been checked in the time they spent telling me they havent had time to check. Going elsewhere, since this place doesnt have 2 minutes for a customer i imagine itll be a 6+ month wait to get my car in
