I have to say, this shop was fantastic. Tom got me in promptly and let me know exactly what my husband's truck needed. I'm glad I switched garages. The process was so easy from drop off to pick up. I like the fact there was even a code to get my keys after hours. No more worrying that my keys are left in my truck unattended. Thank you to Kars for making this easy for me. I definitely will be back!

My car tire was low and I called Tom at Kars and he was so helpful and right .He told me to come to the shop so they could look at my tire and he would be sure I would have a ride home. Good thing I did as my tire the next morning was flat. His staff fixed it and looked at my rear brakes and said they were ok. He also called to tell me my wiper blades were bad (5years old) so put new ones on. He is the guy I call and trust when I am worried about my car ‘s health. You can trust their advice like you would your father and I was picked up again by a worker to get my car. I have a peace of mind now being able to call him when I don’t know what to do. They are the very best car repair place that I have ever used and I highly recommend them. Give Tom a call like you would your dad if you have car questions. Plus they are not expensive like the dealers.

I thought a while about making this review, I wasn’t going to post it but when you are disrespectful, you should be called out on it. My sister had her vehicle diagnosed for a no-start after the car had sat for many years, she was a cancer survivor getting back on her feet so the car was neglected. The shop was professional in letting her know that the car is not worth getting to running condition. It would be a waste of money. I agree with them and I’m not doubting their mechanical abilities. They had told my sister that they wouldn’t charge her anything for the diagnostic because of the somber nature of the vehicle being unworthy of a fix. Unfortunately my sister passed away before being able to retrieve her vehicle. I came down from Ontario, Canada to visit my mother and helped clean up some unfinished business left behind. I spoke with Tom at the front desk about how to navigate the sticky situation. Tom was understanding of the situation but said he unfortunately doesn’t make the call, and I would need to pay for the diagnostic. Paying for the diagnostic was not about money, but asking for money from someone who has passed is absolutely disgusting. I’ve worked in the business for 10 years, and I’ve never been left speechless until that day. You should truly feel ashamed of yourselves. I hope that the 140$ helps you sleep better at night. If the business is hurting that bad for 140$ maybe it’s not the right type of business to be running. Kindness is free. Be better humans, the world could use it.

Always professional and courteous. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and always provide costs before any work is performed. They are honest and care more about serving the customer than trying to make an extra buck. Trustworthy repair shops are near impossible to find. They are the needle in the haystack you’re looking for. I recommend them to everyone.
