Stumbled on to what may have been one of the best kept secrets in York, PA! This is significant as I choose the Autocare Center because it was the only “preferred/certified” repair shop by my warranty company (Endurance) of 7 years in my area! I was absolutely devasted when Larry, the owner, had to relay the news that even after having to tear down and test drive my vehicle twice (2nd time for the Inspector Endurance sent to confirm) denied my claim after over a week in the shop even though all were in agreement that based on my contract, the repair should be covered. There’s no coincidence that just the part alone (prop drive shaft) cost about $2800 (quoted from area Cadillac/GMC Dealerships). Larry was very apologetic, patience, and allowed me to explore other, more economical, but just as, or even better alternatives without pressuring me to remove the car and/or be compensated for the time he and his technicians have spent thus far. He has over 40 years of experience and literally gave me a “master’s class” in understanding. In conclusion, my car is back on the road, drives even better than before the failed part, all for about $500 bucks…. which included a brand-new drive shaft!!!! $3000 less than was estimated!! WOW!!! To this end, I have two recommendations: 1. STAY AWAY FROM ENDURANCE WARRANTY COMPANY OR, LIKE I DID, CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT!!! (Standby…. Did someone say, “Class Action Lawsuit?”) 2. If you are need of a repair shop that believes in, and practice integrity over profit, I highly recommend you give the Autocare Center of York, Pennsylvania a call, or stop by, Larry and his technicians are awesome!!!!

They were so friendly to me and I trusted their experience and expertise. The price for the service was amazing as well.
