Thompson Lexus Willow Grove Service Center

I went in today to Thompson Lexus with a diagnosis from a reputable auto shop in Blue Bell Pa. with a diagnosis to repair brakes and rotors with pulsating feeling when braking during State inspection. My car only has 16,000 miles on it and is a 2024. I brought it back to them to fix thinking it was covered under my warranty along with them doing a simple factory recall. I was told first that it would be covered, but then 5 minutes later was told that it would not be covered because of wear on the rotor. My rotors are not a purplish color which would show a sure sign of abuse in braking. I received a video of the mechanic inspecting the vehicle diagnosing my vehicles brakes and rotors, but not sure how they can make that diagnosis without putting my car on a lift or removing a tire. If that’s how you diagnose your vehicles by just a look over and then have the nerve to charge someone $200 a hour for labor is unbelievable. Very disappointed and a waste of my 2 hrs today. I would not recommend Thompson Lexus service to anyone.

Well it’s been just over 30+ days since the purchase of my 2026 Lexus NX 350 and I’m so happy with my decision. Back in November of 2025 I visited Thompson Lexus of Willow Grove with NO intention to purchase a vehicle but to only look; after all I was completely satisfied with my Lexus RX. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Maria from Thomson Lexus Willow Grove for her professionalism, patience, and kindness. I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus TX350 F-Sport, and Maria guided me through the entire process — from choosing the car to completing all the paperwork. She made everything smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. However, I’d also like to point out one thing regarding the finance department. During the loan process, they ran four hard inquiries on my credit report, which negatively affects my score. In addition, even though my verified annual income is over $120,000, the approval amount was limited to around $50,000 — which was a bit disappointing, especially since other banks such as Chase, Credit Union, Ukrainian Bank, and KRFCU approved me for significantly higher amounts with no issues. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to Maria and the sales team — I truly appreciate their help. I just hope the finance department improves its approach to reviewing qualified customers in the future.

The service is great. I dropped of my car and was in and out with a loaner car very quickly.
