View on GoogleMy truck was hit in the rear and needed a new bumper and accessories. I went to Kennedy and met Jamie who put together a detailed estimate. The truck was repaired in a timely manner. There were some issues with the insurance company and Jamie worked them out. You would not know the truck was hit when I got it back. Nice job!
View on GoogleI had my car repaired at John Kennedy Collision Center due to rear-end damage. When I received my car back, I found the key fob placed in a plastic casing. I assumed this was done in good faith to protect it from dust or damage. However, seven months later, the plastic casing came off, and I discovered that the key fob was broken. The casing had been used to hold the fob together, not to protect it. I contacted John Kennedy Collision Center and requested assistance in resolving the issue. They asked me to email a photo of the damaged key fob, which I did promptly. Afterward, my multiple attempts to reach them by phone went unanswered. I escalated the matter to Geico, but John Kennedy still refused to repair or replace the key fob. If you decide to have your vehicle repaired at John Kennedy, I strongly recommend inspecting every detail of the service. Unfortunately, I did not receive the good-faith customer service I expected.
View on GoogleThe staff at this location are extremely professional. They keep you updated daily, on what stage your repair is at. The work they did on my car was amazing! Extremely professional repair and customer service. They even made arrangements to have my rental car available as I arrived! With a Enterprise reprensenative to complete the rental paperwork. The facility itself was extremely clean. Due to the current pandemic, all staff wore their masks correctly and kept social distancing.
