Nothing, but a headache with these ppl. My car sat here for a month. Whenever you actually get them on the phone they give you some BS runaround stories. Very poor customer service. They didn't even tell us it was done, we had to call them and they say " oh, yea it was done 3 days ago". Bunch of airheads at this place.

I’m very happy with the service I received on my car. I had major work done on my car engine. I was kept informed by both Dan the service manager and Jaune the service representative. The repair took a little while due to challenges in ordering the required parts and getting warranty approval from Hyundai. The service department did a great job managing expectations. It’s nice to have a company stand behind their product. The car runs like it was brand new.

I especially appreciated the under-the hood explanation about your recommendations with my serpentine belt and cabin filters. Please share my special appreciation to Vie. She understands customer service. I was first impressed with Vie when she provided me with a phone reminder about my appointment. While in your customer lounge I got the opportunity to speak with her briefly and was even more impressed. When I arrived home, my wife needed the car to go to an appointment. From the first phone call, Jay ensured my car was cared for and all of my questions answered. He made the scheduling process so easy and was incredibly kind and efficient throughout!
